Lisa Sferra, owner of Sferra Farm - Lisa Sferra owns the only farm with the city limits of Seattle. She provides developmentally disabled children and inner city children an opportunity to see what life is like on a farm with horse rides, apple pressing and more. She was also the victim of the city's attempt to raise her drainage rates by a whopping 835% (article here). Luckily she prevailed.
